Corrie ten Boom and her very devout Christian Dutch family hid Jews during WWII in Haarlem, The Netherlands. Which is where my brother lives, by the way. He lives within walking distance to the old Corrie ten Boom house which is now a museum.
It's amazing to see how this family kept their strong faith after all they went through. especially Corrie and her sister who spend time in a work/concentration camp as punishment for hiding Jews and for running an underground operation to help Jews. this is an awesome book! if you want to borrow it i would be more than happy to lend it to you!
